Thanks for your email. So far I am very
pleased with your company's product. However, I cannot answer all your
questions yet because I've only been a customer for a few days. I'll
need a couple of months before I can give you a genuine response. As for
linking to your company's site, I would like to take it a step further.
My company is just starting out and we plan to offer ISP and Domain

I am very satisfied. I have a slight
concern with older browsers not recognising the CA and therefore
inconveniencing our clients with installing the cert. However the fact
that IPSCA allows a six month trial (by far the longest trial I've found)
will allow us to evaluate the older browser issue. I had a slight issue,
but got a helpful response promptly to my email. I can't help thinking
that other CA are way over priced for the service they provide. IPCA
prices are more what I would call fair, and compare to the other CA's
they are incredible value for money. Keep up the good work. My only
concern with older browsers will in time go away as these older browsers
reduce in number. I wish IPSCA every success, at last a CA that charges
fair prices for a fair service.

This is our second certificate from ipsCA, and we have received fine
service. Thank you. The first is still working and we intend to convert
it to a paid certificate, when the renew cycle comes by April. As to

The program you have as far better then any other. I have never found a

Dear ipsCA,
We have just completed the installation of an SSL certificate by ipsCA.
Our experience with ipsCA was excellent. We were formerly users of
VeriSign, however, in the last year VeriSign customer service has become
unacceptable. Our business does well in large part because we work very
hard to provide very high quality service to our clients. In order to do
that, we need to have technology partners that supply very high quality
service to us. Of late, VeriSign struggled to answer even simple
questions and it seems clear that they have grown too large and too
diverse to be of any real help, especially in a crisis.
Without ever having one telephone conversation with ipsCA, we installed
the SSL certificate and resolved a problem in our system. The ipsCA
people were patient and responsive. With the exchange of a few emails,
ipsCA found our error and recommended the correction and stood by to
assure success.
This is superb customer service.
