An Applicant for an ipsCA SSL Server Certificate shall complete the following form after reading our product agreement

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR VALIDATION PROCESS (Proof of Right update)

IpsCA will verify the certificate information as follows:
- Checking the applicant’s domain name using a public domain name registry. -Checking the applicant’s company name, the address and the telephone number using information from an independent third party business database. If the applicant’s company name cannot be validated, fax documentation will be needed. All certificate requests(CSR)must contain an Organization Name which must be the same as the owner of the domain as appears in the public domain name registry.

All certificate requests (CSR) must contain an Organization Name (O) that is exactly the same that appears at public domain name registries as the owner of the domain.

1) Generate a CSR file( Certificate Signing Request). This step must be performed by the server administrator (either the applicant or the ISP where the server is located).

2) Fill in the form with your personal details, the technical contact information and the Certificate’s options.

3) You will receive an email confirming your request.

4) After the email confirmation, we will send an email to the administrative, technical and billing contacts of the domain you are requesting your certificate for.

5) One of the aforementioned contacts should reply to the email authorising the request.

6) After receiving the authorisation email we will send another email containing a link Click on it and the payment web page will appear. The company information will be validated after payment has been made (in case it is not a free certificate).

7) Finally, we will send the last email with the signed certificate.

To request an SSL Server Certificate, fill in this form.Please read it carefully. Your Certificate Signing Request can only be processed with the acceptance and understanding of this agreement .

I hereby represent that I am fully authorized by the owner of the domain contained in the CSR sent to ipsCA to apply for an SSL Server Certificate for secure and authenticated electronic transactions. I understand that a digital certificate serves to identify the Subscriber for the purposes of electronic commerce and that the management of the private keys associated with such certificates is the responsibility of the subscriber's technical staff and/or contractors.

ipsCA's public certification services are governed by a CPS as amended from time to time which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Subscriber will use the SSL Server Certificate in accordance with ipsCA's CPS and supporting documentation published at  http://certs.ipsca.com/companyIPSipsCA/Repository.htm

The Subscriber acknowledges that it is liable to pay ipsCA's certification fees if applicable for this certificate as published at http://certs.ipsca.com price list

If the Subscriber's name and/or domain registration name change the subscriber will immediately inform ipsCA who shall revoke the digital certificate. When the Digital Certificate expires or is revoked the company will permanently remove the certificate from the server on which it is installed and will not use it for any purpose thereafter. The person responsible for key management and security is fully authorized to install and utilize the certificate to represent this organization's electronic presence.
